ELECTRICIAN WITH SOLAR ENERGY BACKGROUND
European based company in the energy access area is looking for a motivated, independent working and entrepreneurial technician who has experience in the sale & installation of solar energy systems.
The main tasks of the country manager are summarized below:
- Lead technician of the company
- Facilitating trainings of sales agents
- Supporting distributor on the ground
- Prospection and dimensioning of bigger off-grid systems
- Sales and business development
The required skills and experience are summarized below:
- A demonstrated capacity to take initiative, overcome challenges and work collaboratively through relevant work or project experience
- Professional experience with solar energy systems, sales and related fields either in Cameroon or abroad
- Team player and eager to learn new tools and roll-up sleeves to get the job done
- Entrepreneurial and creative mindset that is well connected
- Knowledge of local languages is a plus
The position is available immediately. The salary depends the former work experiences and qualifications.
