  • Supports customer strategies, contract negotiations and supply chain management strategy 
  • Defines improvement areas based on pipeline reporting in collaboration with commercial effectiveness 
  • Analyses the value of key technologies and industry development and identifies change needs within the sales function 
  • Reviews and monitors sales performance periodically and refines sales strategies as required in discussion within the regions 
  • Develops and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
  • Acts to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing) 
  • Monitors performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for SMT
  • Understanding the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable commercial opportunities to grow revenue and market share 
  • Develops and oversees the yearly commercial budget 
  • Monitors and controls the commercial budget on a monthly basis 
  • Decides all major commercial projects within country 
  • Ensuring that all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets (Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)) in line with business objectives
