Business Development Director - Cameroun at Indexiom

We are organized as a global network of business and technical expert partners spread across the agency in three hubs that are:

  • Market Research(Indexiom Zérσ)
  • Digital (Indexiom St∞dios) and
  • Marketing activation(Indexiom Commands).

As part of our launch in 21 countries in French-speaking Africa, we are recruiting partners with high potential to unlock the potential of our clients.

Type of contract: Part-Time , Partnership

Remuneration: 0.3% to 0.8% of the net profit realized on each market obtain by any hub of the agency

Travel: From 5% to 30%

Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Indexiom commercial plan to achieve growth, market share and profit objectives
  • Develop and refresh the Indexiom catalog of services
  • Ensure the periodic reporting of the activities and performance of the subsidiary
  • Provide insights that address opportunities for consumer digital funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analysis, UI and UX improvements
  • Design and deploy Customer Lifetime Value and ROI optimization plans
  • Define, analyze and validate key metrics and hypotheses to inform decision-making and measure the success of digital campaigns
  • Manage and execute the scoping, prioritization, design, implementation, and interpretation of randomized controlled trial and A/B tests on messaging and offer structure
  • Generate effective reports and dashboards, and visualize data with templated and custom reports
  • Provide expert guidance to our clients on innovative activation strategies
  • Establish and drive micro-goals that guide your daily and weekly activities.
  • Leverage best-practice sales tools for increasing the quality of opportunities in your pipeline (Standard Opportunity Qualification Checklists and Deal Review Forms).
  • Prepare accurate account summaries and monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts aligned with the Inovalon operating calendar.
  • Identify deal-specific risks, collaborate and execute appropriate plans to mitigate with urgency.
  • Develop 3D animations and motion graphics
  • Ability to create style-frames and storyboards for engineering concepts
  • Assist the managing partner in the design and deployment of the global strategy


  • From BTS, DUT or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Arts, Digital Analytics, statistics to MBA/phD in Business Management, digital Marketing
  • Experience in maret research, digital(web, graphic, video and motion), marketing activation and business Development
  • Strong client focus and ability to understand and achieve client needs and close business opportunities
  • Strong communication skills – exceptional ability to use data to tell a story
  • Familiarity with SQL and experience with BI reporting tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, R studio, Google Analytics, Shiny App, Tableau)
  • Ability to grow and develop in an entrepreneurial, fast paced growth organization
  • Ability and motivation to plan, organize, develop, implement and achieve planned results
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Understanding of After Effects and basic animation. Solid communication skills – must be able to communicate ideas visually, written and verbally.
  • Fluency with the Adobe Suite and film editing tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript/PHP, motion design for web
  • Microsoft Office 365


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Technology
  • Familiarity with reproducible research principles, R programming, Regression models, machine learning, statistical inference analysis and Data product development
  • Own a laptop and a smartphone with a constant internet connexion
  • Microsoft Office 365 proficiency
  • Own a Wide B2C/B2B/B2B2C client portfolios
  • Knowledge in Market research & Data science
  • Knowledge in Web, Graphic, video & Motion Design
