A remote job is one that is done away from the office in a remote location. This could be either work done from home, or work done on the road in the case of a job such as a Regional Salesperson. In this case you will be working from home.
The Role - What You’ll be doing
? Set appointments and make sales via outbound calls.
? Enter data into the system accurately
? Effectively communicate with supervisors via phone, whatsapp, email etc.
? Handle every prospect, customer and coworker with exceptional service.
The ideal candidate - What You’ll Bring
? Must be bilingual (English & French)
? Must be self-motivated, disciplined and resourceful.
? Ability to handle fast-paced call volumes.
? Must have Excellent Communication and Phone skills.
? Must have Excellent Microsoft Office package skills, especially Word and Excel.
? Should be based in either Douala or Yaoundé.
At Home Resources you’ll need:
? Dedicated, work space - preferably quiet area.
? Must have consistent access to a laptop for data entry and reporting.
