Technical Support Agent - Chat/Tickets at RemoteCM


We are looking for an energetic, multitasking technical chat support specialist. The agent must be familiar with the Internet world and particularly with the website builder field.


✅Experience and understanding of the website building field.
✅Proven Experience of customer service/sales experience via live chat.
✅Excellent communication, analytical, listening and organizational skills.
✅Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers.
✅Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
✅Knowledgeable of social media applications, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
✅Competent in MS office and web browser environments.
✅Bilingual English and French - level  Fluent/Native. 
✅A team player with excellent communication skills.


✅Sales experience.
✅Additional languages.
✅Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
✅Experience with other website builder platforms.


✅Provide a positive customer experience for our customers.
✅Resolve queries of the customers through chat (and also e-mail).
