Main Tasks
- Identify sales opportunities with potential and existing customers
- Organize customer meetings
- Clarify the customer needs and liaise with Presale’s support for design and costing
- Build and write commercial proposals
- Submit and track the proposals with the customers
- Lead the negotiation with the customers
- Liaise with Project management for project launching (kick off meeting and transfer of information)
- Liaise with Finance function to coordinate billing activities
- Be the defender of the customer (quality of service, satisfaction, KPI…)
- Build the eco system required to initiate local business; establish strategic partnerships, negotiation and manage contracts with solution providers
- Identify and prioritize market opportunities/client needs related to existing products and services offering and its evolution
- Support new products and services introduction
- Coordinate promotional activities with Marketing
Skills
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, computer science
- Good communication skills – French, English (Written and Spoken
- About 3+ years’ experience in sales in the Satellite industry
- Knowledge of satellite services (capacity, VSAT, TV etc.)
- Ability to deal with Customer Management
- Negotiation skills
- Financial acumen
- Autonomy (to work independently and within a team environment)
